Charges to be brought

Breaking news: Jim Devine, Elliot Mortgage Morley and David Cheater Chaytor (Lab, Commons) and Hanningfield (Con, Lords) are to be charged with false accounting (link). I assume that repeating those puns would be prejudicial to the court cases, although given that presumably they will be facing a jury of ordinary citizens, the potential for prejudice is surely a moot point.
